Cancellation Policy

Leo pet shop reserves the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

Rejecting/not accepting the payment
The customer is more than (1) hour late in paying through the SADAD payment system.
If the delivery address given by the customer is wrong, or the contact information is wrong, or if the customer is unable to reach him.
The customer was late in receiving the order for more than 3 days to receive his paid order via the Internet (online).

If the order is refused when it reaches you, you will have to pay the full delivery fee
Cancellation of the order by the customer: To continue the process of canceling the order, you must contact us first. You may cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

If the order is not delivered or shipped to you. If the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped or sent, you will be charged a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to match the time your order was shipped to the time you submitted your cancellation request.
We cannot provide or deliver the product within a reasonable period of time, which is three working days from the day the order is confirmed.
